As an ASE-certified service consultant, Agnes brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and refinement to the auto care industry. Since 1996, Agnes has been interfacing with customers, thumbing through parts catalogs, and overseeing business operations. People can be skeptical about speaking with a woman about their vehicle, but soon realize that Agnes is an exception!
Aaron, Master Technician
After discovering the Impreza STi model in Option magazine's article on the 1997 Tokyo Auto Salon, Aaron went on to purchase the second Impreza 2.5RS off of FHI's assembly line in 1998. Now ASE-certified with 10 years of professional experience servicing vehicles of the Subaru marque, and as an accomplished electronics technician, Aaron heads the workshop as our master tech and diagnostician.
Carlos, Technician
Accuracy. Speed. Dedication. What more could you ask of a Subie technician? Carlos has been turning a wrench for over 12 years, 4 of which have been Subaru specific. Through regular training, Carlos keeps up-to-date with Subaru's technologies and vehicle designs and, without a doubt, will become a master technician in his future at Garage 1 Auto.
